Our pioneering programme works with secondary school students to flip the script on traditional diversity and inclusion training. Through a reverse consulting model, students co-design and deliver powerful workshops directly to businesses bringing fresh perspectives, lived experience, and bold ideas into corporate spaces.

After the success of our school based model, we partnered with Coventry University to bring our programme to undergraduate and postgraduate students, proving its power across age groups and settings.

Why does it matter?
At You Be You, we believe that equipping young people with essential life skills is just as important as academic success. Our workshops are designed to provide students with the tools they need to navigate the world confidently, from communication and leadership to problem-solving and teamwork.
